This is another early Australian edition. It is interesting to note
that the catalogue number, A 1039 is out of sequence with the release
(Volume 7 had been A 1040, and Volume 8 A 1042).
It was pressed on the green Hallmark label and has the Hoghton Hughes inscription on the sleeve. There are no substantial differences from the UK pressing.
