This is a straight Israeli pressing of Volume 20. With this edition,
Israel abandoned their own numbering sequence, leaving this simply as
"Volume 20". (Had they continued, this would have been Number 9.) They also switched to English song titles on the front, compensated for with the addition of a gold sticker (see detail above).
