This is the first album of the Mexican "La Ola Inglesa" series (translated as "The English Wave") to contain Top of the Pops tracks; it is named Volume 13, and we know that Volume 12 was essentially a Mexican edition of the MFP album, "Top Hits" of mid-1969. Moreover, Mexico's earlier Poppers-related albums are advertised on the back, and the cover shot of one of them is fairly recent - taken from the UK Volume 6 - making this a likely follow-up.
What we have is a compilation from the UK albums Volume 9 to Volume 12, with three tracks taken from each of the four LPs. All the tracks are translated into Spanish on the front and back, and they are in no particular order, although they do approximately go backwards in vintage as the album progresses.
