Mexico
Several LPs have been identified from Mexico, all of which are Mexico-only compilations, with a few more from the Sing & Play series. Yet thus far, we have not confirmed any straight Mexican pressings of the main UK album series.
The label in use in Mexico was Diana, in conjunction with Hallmark. The earliest examples we have evidence of are part of a series called "Onda Pop" (which translates as "Pop Wave").
At some stage, the Diana label's "La Ola Inglesa" series - which dates back to the mid-1960s as a Mexican outlet for the UK Top Six and other labels - adopted Top of the Pops for its source recordings. The first such release, volume 13, followed volume 12 which had been made up of MFP tracks, and we also know of further Poppers-related editions as high as volume 24 (see below).
It is probable that the intervening volumes were also Poppers collections, although not all of them. Installment 17, for example, includes tracks such as "Paranoid" and "Sleepy Shores", which the Poppers never tackled. So, the extent of the true Top of the Pops editions is unknown - more research needed!
Some Poppers tracks were also issued on 7-inch, by the presumably related label, Gamma.
