"Sing & Play Simon & Garfunkel" (SHM 783)
This album, SHM 783, was advertised on the back of at least two later New Zealand
LPs, the inscriptions above reproduced from the notes on Supergroups and Top of the Poppers Present Elvis Gold respectively.
It is assumed to be the same album as the UK edition in the "Sing & Play" series. Not all of the tracks are known, but some are confirmed - and all appear on the standard "Sing & Play" LP: "Bridge over Troubled Water", "Ceclilia", "Sound of Silence", "Homeward Bound", "I am a Rock", "Mrs Robinson", "59th St Bridge Song (Feeling Groovy)".
The UK equivalent was released in March 1972, while the earlier of the New Zealand LPs on which it is mentioned, is from early 1973. This release must therefore fall between those two points.
It is unclear whether it was released on Pickwick or Maestro.
