Spain Volume 15 (85.016)
This Spanish pressing of volume 15 utilises the cover art from the UK volume 9 - possibly because the correct cover showed too much breast. (Israel also used this cover for a 'wrong' album.) Although Spain had seen volume 9 released on the Belter label, the original cover art had not been used and so was available here as a substitute.
The Spanish catalogue number is given on the record label, and on a sticker on the back of the sleeve, as 85.016-X although the spine of the sleeve has a V rather than an X.
The tracks are identical to the UK volume 15 and are in the same order, so only the cover has changed. Indeed, the lettering on the front panel is also identical.
The record is on the Spanish Hallmark label, but the sleeve also mentions Dicsos Vergara, S. A, and an address in Barcelona. Discos Vergara [Vergara Records] were a Spanish label mainly active in the 1960s and are the company who manufactured and distributed the Spanish editions.
The write-up in El Mundo de los Discos, and its translation are given below: This report is from 2 August, 1971. It was listed along with the later Volume 16, and an unrelated Ariola LP.

Cassette edition
Amazingly, the cassette edition of the album was issued in Spain not on the Hallmark label, but on the Baccarola label. Aside from this one example, we are not aware of Baccarola's involvement in the Spanish discography; however they are known to have issued vinyl editions in Austria. There, our volumes 12 and 13 became Austria's volumes 1 and 2 ... and as if continuing the sequence this Spanish cassette makes our volume 15 into volume 4.
There is no doubt more to the story than we know. Equally intriguing here, and possibly in error, the album is credited on the insert as being courtesy of Ember Records (England) rather than Hallmark!
Our thanks to Clive Hetherington for telling us about this one, and for the images
