USA Mirror Image and Kings Road albums
Pickwick international marketed a good number of albums containing pop covers, but attributed them to Kings Road (the outfit behind the Super Hits series) and Mirror Image among others. These "groups" were, to all intents and purposes, studio session musicians and singers, like the Top of the Poppers. Below is a view of some of the other releases which come under their umbrellas.
Super Hits
The American series of Super Hits runs to ten volumes, but not all albums have been fully researched by us as yet. Those with confirmed Top of the Pops connections have their own pages on this site (Volumes 1, 2, 6, 8, 9 and 10), and we can detail here some general information about the other volumes.

Other Kings Road albums
The name Kings Road has appeared on a wide number of US albums. It is thought that most will contain a Top of the Pops recording or two - although we do not have the resources to buy and listen to them all!

Mirror Image
This group moniker has also appeared on many US albums containing cover versions. We do not have a full discography, but pictured here are tribute albums to Neil Diamond and The Eagles, plus film music from Urban Cowboy and a selection of films and shows.
It should be apparent that the scope and style of Mirror Image's recordings are much the same as Kings Road's, and it is quite feasible that some of their other albums also borrow Top of the Pops recordings.
