West Germany Vol 10 (ND 545)
This record, known simply as Top of the Pops is one in a series of
similar releases on the German Musik Fur Alle label (see back cover for
thumbnails of some of the others), who had assumed responsibility at some point after Bellaphon dropped out.
The label is Musik Fur Alle, who succeeded in creating one of the most attractive alternative cover designs here, including a brand-new, colourful logo.
The album conforms to the UK volume 10, but the tracks have been shuffled into a different order:

Promo copies
This is a rare example of a Top of the Pops album being released as a white label promo, as well as a full commercial edition. Both versions of the album were put out in the full sleeve, as pictured above.
Below are images of the promo copy label and the commercial copy label. On the white label is the phrase, "Unverkäufl. Warenprobe ohne Wert", which means "Not for Sale. Sample without Value." It also has "Echantillon gratuit" - French for "Free sample", and, in English, it has "Trade Sample". All of which is pretty clear. It's a promo copy!
