Given the content and sub-title, this album is based on a similar idea to the Top of the Tots albums, with suitable children-friendly tracks pulled from the main album series.
All five of the Poppers' Wombles recordings are assembled, including the two only made for the Top of the Tots series. (These five are named together at the top of the listing, but are not in fact ordered in that sequence on the album itself.)
Apart from those titles, the LP is made up from a fairly eclectic set of hits originally made famous by, among others, The Osmonds, Gary Glitter, Bay City Rollers, Abba, and David Essex. There's also a few novelty songs included and a couple of one-hit-wonders. As it turns out, 11 of the tracks also feature on the UK Top of the Tots albums, with one more, "Kung Fu Fighting", on a 'Tots' EP.
The recordings range from Volume 16 to volume 52, dating the set to early 1976.

Possible spin-off single
This single was issued on Music World's children's imprint, Kiddidisc (which apparently replaced the Sambo label). It contains cover versions, probably the Top of the Pops recordings as per the above LP. If this can be confirmed, this single will be relocated to its own page in this site.
