Spain 'Super Hits' LP series
The Super Hits albums were essentially an American product, which sometimes borrowed a track or two from Top of the Pops. (See our page on US releases for further info.)
The series was in turn leased out to certain other countries, and so by this process, some Top of the Pops tracks were basically shipped back over to, among other places, Spain, who seem to have issued at least the first five of the 10-LP set.
Below is what we know of the Spanish discography. The issuing label was Marfer, whose logo is printed on the fronts. Sometimes they switched the cover photo, as compared to the US original releases.

Volume 3 ... so we believe. The resolution is just good enough to make out the "Super Hits" logo in the top corner. This image was from the back of volume 4, so our best guess is it's volume 3 - with a different photo on the front. It is not yet known to us, whether volume 3 contains any Top of the Pops recordings. |
